We are seeking a handyman/maintenance assistant. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in carpentry, flooring installation and light electrical work. Plumbing and HVAC is prefered. You will be working under the direction of our Maintenance director. Position will include health, dental, vision insurance and paid time off.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and light repairs

Paint and fill gaps.

Carpentry skills (installation/finish work)

Repair equipment or appliances

Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs

Identify and report maintenance issues

Other duties as assigned
