Are you a versatile and skilled handyman in residential and light commercial projects? Do you enjoy customer service just as much as the work itself?

We are looking for a skilled handyman who can take on small (think toilet repair and paint touchups) to more difficult projects (think small/medium deck build, repairing a water leak and removing and replacing all water damage).

This position will be responsible for estimating hours and materials for projects and executing the work. The candidate will be responsible for managing any subcontractors required for the projects as well as material orders and delivery. If any additional labor is required for the project, this position will also manage the additional labor.

This position is a highly independent position. The perfect candidate may be someone that has run their own small business and is tired of trying to find work, find help, invoice customers, keep insurance up to date, etc. We have a strong office staff that can take all of this off your plate and let you do what you love, customer service and small projects.

This position will support our real estate sales company by prepping houses for sale (lot of painting), knocking out inspection reports, and fixing homes that were just purchased. This position may also support our property management company, our construction company, and warranty work projects.

There is plenty of work, we are just looking for the right team member!

Job Requirements

Candidate must be skilled in painting/drywall/plaster, carpentry, trim, light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC, and a true jack off all. Must be clean cut and presentable at all times and ready to go above and beyond for client. Must be able to use technology including phone apps, email, time tracking, work orders, etc.

Minimum Requirements/Certifications:

• Driver's license with clean accident and driving offense record
• Personal means of transportation (to reliably get to and from work)
• Clean drug test
• Clean background check
• Achieve and maintain appropriate OSHA Certification (OSHA 10)
• Minimum 10 years full time residential construction/handyman experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
