ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Grounds Clean up

Occasional Roofing and siding repairs

· Power washing/painting

· Pressure injecting/waterproofing

· Gutter and downspout cleaning, replacement and repairs

· Occasional Roof and window leak investigation and repair

· Pipe Boot Replacement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Exterior Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: On the road
