```Duties:```
- Identify and troubleshoot issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver's license

- Reliable Transportation
