Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in an assisted living community
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Install, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, such as plumbing, electrical and appliances
- Handle basic carpentry tasks, including painting, drywall repair, and furniture assembly
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills:
- Proficient in a wide range of maintenance person skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructions
