Growth Product Manager - EAST COAST BASED - REMOTE

High-growth B2C SaaS | Profitable | Global user base

$160-$180k


We’re working with a fast-scaling, founder-led B2C SaaS company that has grown to ~$20M revenue organically, without external funding.


They’ve built a highly engaged global user base and a product with strong market pull. Founder-led efforts and community traction have driven growth to date.


Now, they’re looking for their first dedicated Growth Product Manager to take things to the next level.


The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on owning growth end-to-end across the product.

You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to identify, prioritise, and execute on the biggest growth levers.


Initial focus areas include:


  1. Pricing and packaging optimisation
  2. Improving onboarding and activation
  3. Reducing churn and reactivating users
  4. Driving product-led growth initiatives
  5. Building and running experiments across the funnel


This is not a pure marketing role.


You’ll be deep in the product, working closely with engineering to ship changes that move core metrics.


What They’re Looking For

  1. 5–7 years of experience in growth PM roles
  2. Strong background in B2C SaaS
  3. Proven experience working on the product side of growth
  4. Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
  5. Data-driven, but with strong product intuition
  6. Able to move quickly and operate with high ownership


Nice to have:

  1. Experience in fintech, trading, or consumer analytics tools
  2. Background in subscription-based products
