Your Day to Day
In this Growth Marketing Manager role, you would be a core member of a newly establish Product Led Growth team. You would be responsible for strategizing, optimizing, and executing programs and tests that drive new user acquisition. You would be working on:
Content and Channel Strategy - continuously optimize content marketing efforts across new and existing marketing channels
Virality - develop and execute innovative ways to generate brand awareness (word of mouth tactics, email, social, digital forums, customer referral programs, etc)
Go-to-Market test agenda - responsible for setup, measurement, and execution for key go-to-market growth initiatives (web property optimization, digital marketing, message tests, etc.) in a fast-paced, agile environment
Continuous funnel optimization - accountable for monitoring funnel performance, identifying trends and drivers, performing exploratory data analyses, and ultimately creating a process to search and execute repeatable tactics that will improve customer acquisition KPIs
What We’re Looking For
As a Growth Marketing Manager, your background will include the following:
Digital Marketing Expertise – Experience driving content marketing, paid acquisition, organic growth like SEO, and partnership/affiliate/referral marketing programs
Proven Ability to Optimize the Acquisition Funnel – to excel as a growth marketer you must be able to establish a systematic approach to analyze and steadily improve key customer acquisition metrics
Hands-on Experience with Experimentation – hypothesis driven and growth minded individual with background devising, executing and analyzing tests in a cross-functional setting
Results Oriented Team Player – you must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be ready to partner across a range of functional teams and roll up your sleeves to ensure we execute
