Growth Copywriter at BairesDev

We are looking for a Growth Copywriter to join our SEO team. This position requires a mix of creative and persuasive copywriting for SEO pages, ads, landing pages, and our main website. You will help shape, coordinate, and execute our growth content roadmap.

This person will collaborate closely with the SEO team, growth product managers, growth marketers, and designers to identify and execute potential growth avenues.

What You’ll Do:

- Write clear, concise, and persuasive longer-form web content with an SEO focus

Routinely evaluate SEO content for brand consistency and performance.

- Lead the SEO copywriting process, from initial concept to final product, translating organic marketing objectives into clear, innovative content strategies.

- Work closely with Growth Marketing teams to brainstorm, develop, and produce a variety of marketing materials.

- Write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for on-page content.

- Translate creative direction and technical information into persuasive and engaging content

- Oversee relationships with freelance writers, delegate writing tasks, and edit their work to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Familiarity with organic marketing channels’ limitations, opportunities, and audiences.

- Demonstrated success in the field with a diverse portfolio showcasing SEO articles, landing pages, and blog posts.

- Experience in delegating tasks and managing projects effectively, whether in a managerial role or through project management.

- Strong understanding of online marketing tools, best practices, and current trends in SEO, copywriting, and digital marketing as a whole.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative SEO content strategies and templates

- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content and copy as needed to support various marketing efforts.

- Highly motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented with strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

- Fluent in English, with an exceptional understanding of the language.

Desirable:

- Experience in B2B, especially software development services.

- At least basic knowledge of on-page SEO

- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.

- Previous experience in a fully remote company.
