The Groundskeeper/Handyman will upkeep the facilities by carrying out all cleaning functions. The main goal is to keep our Shopping Plaza’s in a clean and orderly condition to contribute to a positive shopping experience for patrons. The following essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Hand pick debris from landscaping and lot, and throughout property on a daily basis.

• Empty all trash cans and supply new trash can liners on a daily basis.

• Clean and maintain all vacant spaces, clean restrooms & clean windows.

• Power blow all sidewalks , walkways, corners, curbsides, and along perimeter buildings.

• Light handyman work including touch-up painting, filling potholes, and general maintenance.

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

This is a Full Time position with the typical work week consisting of Monday-Friday : (Schedules may change due to the need of the facility)
