Textroyal is an online marketplace for remote work consisting of a network of over 1000 freelancers that provide services to 3000+ users around the world. We recently received a large investment from a private investor to take project in to the next level. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various platforms

Create compelling and effective logos, designs, and digital media

Conduct ongoing user research and test new ideas

Provide design mockups for web and media (video, marketing, etc.)

Help motivate, plan and execute content and business strategies

Ensure all deliverables are on-brand and reflects each brief correctly

Create engaging designs for both both B2C and B2B projects

Assist in the managing of design content distribution

Analyse design results and ensure KPIs are achieved

Proactively carry out competitor research and industry analysis

Ensure design content is compliant with each market

Keep up to date with graphic design trends and tools

Assist on Ad-Hoc requests

Requirements

Experience in creating visual design with a portfolio to support it

2-4 years of experience in graphic design

Working proficiency in English

Strong knowledge and experience working with the following tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other visual design tools

Good knowledge of content management systems

Knowledge in graphic fundamentals, typography styles and layouts

A basic understanding on HTML

Attention to detail, visual composition and a team player

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues

Ability to manage diverse workload and support tight deadlines

Creative vision, skillset and openness on sharing ideas
