Our mission is to enable budget-conscious consumers to earn additional income from their everyday habits. We accomplish this with an Android app and smartphone that pay users to listen to music, charge their phone, play games, complete surveys; and connect them with exclusive deals to save and earn even more.

About the Position:
Mode Mobile is looking for part-time Graphic Designers to join its creative team. At Mode Mobile you'll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and communication — helping to define Mode Mobile's personality and tell our multifaceted story across a variety of media.
You'll have an immediate impact on Mode Mobile consumer-facing communications and work with the marketing team to upgrade our brand expression at all touch points. Your passion and attention to detail will raise the bar of our brand systems, campaigns, and overall visual design.
Alongside a tight-knit team of creatives and product marketers, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end marketing process from ideation to implementation. Dream up, design, and collaborate on digital ads, web experiences, illustrations, integrated campaigns, and everything in between.
We’re looking for individuals to challenge assumptions, innovate, and deliver improved outcomes.
Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience, demonstrated with an exciting portfolio that showcases a diverse range of creative abilities
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- The ability to create and modify illustrations
- Adept at presenting and explaining your work to both peers and leadership
- A no-compromise attitude towards attention-to-detail and quality
- Prefer a candidate with some experience creating GIFs and animations
Logistical Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have general availability Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm CDT
- Hourly/Part time: 20 hours at most per week
- Present a PDF portfolio or host it on Dribble/any hosting portfolio/Websites
