We are looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer to join the Marketing/Brand team that drives our Retail brands & businesses. This role is integral in creating beautiful, effective assets that define our luxury eyewear experiences across all channels & touchpoints including in-store, online, at tradeshows / events and at our corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative development includes: Understanding of branding strategy Elevated & impeccable design standards Strong understanding of how to hero product in various contexts (product shots, in-situation, on-model) from an art direction, design and photography standpoint. Excellent typographic skills. Strong attention to detail around each aspect of the customer experience.
Execution includes: Well versed in production processes and technical specifications. Manage release of assets and proof review process Provide final approval to ensure the highest integrity for the final work Manage communications around deliveries and internal expectation management Fluent in design, fashion, tech and retail trends, as well as visual history. Work closely with internal teams to translate projects and needs into actionable creative solutions. Develop a strong understanding of the Morgenthal Frederics and ROBERT MARC NYC brands, products, and audiences in order to maximize visual communication. Work with agencies, outside contractors, photographers, videographers, etc. on creative projects Opportunity to shoot original content for owned social channels. Evolve brand guidelines, develop digital guidelines and creative templates, and uphold established creative standards and brand consistency across all projects and corporate departments.
