The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of B2B design experience within SaaS environments, a passion for visual storytelling. This designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop high-impact creative assets that reflects Orange Logic’s mission, engages our audiences, and elevates our brand presence in the digital asset management (DAM) and enterprise software space.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

1. Creative Development: Conceptualize and produce visually compelling designs and templates for campaigns, digital advertising, product collateral, presentations, web content, print and event materials—ensuring alignment with Orange Logic’s brand guidelines
2. Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the Orange Logic brand identity through thoughtful design, ensuring visual consistency across all public-facing materials
3. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and sales—to translate strategic objectives into effective creative deliverables
4. Platform Adaptation: Adapt and optimize creative assets for use across web, email, social media, and events, maintaining quality and technical precision
5. Creative Strategy Support: Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions, contributing ideas for visual storytelling, content hierarchy, and engagement design

Ideal Qualifications:

1. Experience: 5–8 years of design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
2. Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects & Premiere Pro); familiarity with Asana, Figma or similar tools
3. Creative Strengths: Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills; portfolio showcasing high-quality design work (motion and video samples a plus).
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - 100,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
