This role is perfect for remote working and the occasional office get together in our Lahore DHA office at Daftarkhwan. You can be flexible; it’s all about bringing together creativity and design to deliver outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Convert ideas into minimalistic and impactful designs

•⁠ ⁠Expertise in corporate designing and maintaining a professional aesthetic

•⁠ ⁠Understand and create effective social media designs to engage and attract audiences

•⁠ ⁠Gather and understand project requirements to develop creative concepts

•⁠ ⁠Create visually compelling designs; wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas

•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain cohesive design systems, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and assets

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence and alignment with project goals

•⁠ ⁠Establish and uphold internal design standards, best practices, and maintain visual appeal across projects

•⁠ ⁠Push the boundaries of existing design systems while adhering to brand guidelines

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

•⁠ ⁠Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience as a designer

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design software such as Adobe

•⁠ ⁠Effective communication and collaboration skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of design principles

•⁠ ⁠Experience in creating and maintaining design systems

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of typography

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills
