We are hiring a Graphic Designer who is responsible for designing and producing print and digital collateral, including brochures, newsletters, signage, landing pages, banners, ads, and various other pieces for internal and external use. This person will be located at our corporate office in Catonsville.

How you will make an impact:

• Print, design and execute web, collateral, and digital presentations from concept through execution of the finished product.
• Conceptualize and collaborate with Creative and Strategy team members to elevate the overall creative product by applying industry best practices, design intuition, and audience relevancy to developing effective results-driven advertising materials
• Develop effective partnerships with departmental peers (Strategy, Communications, Pre-Press, Copy, Marketing Operations, Web, and Print Buying Teams) to ensure a collaborative process evolves into well-developed creative that meet the stakeholders' objectives.
• Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, working within budget and scheduling requirements, ensuring that all materials are of the highest visual and technical quality, meeting or exceeding company standards.
• Present creative work during informal creative reviews and more formal creative presentations, explaining the rationale, process, and methodologies
• Develop creative mock-ups, assign print specifications, review and approve ad proofs, ensuring quality and design integrity through final printed and online materials.
• Act as Art Director at Erickson Senior Living photo shoots in various communities and assist in pre and post production of images.
• Periodically attend Erickson Senior Living Community events.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $56600.00/ year

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of experience, working as a designer in the design/advertising/communications field in an agency and/or corporate environment required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite in a MAC environment (with an emphasis in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Provide a portfolio
