About the Role

The Graphic Designer is a hands-on design role for someone who can operate at both a creative and operational level.


You will be responsible for producing high-quality work across a wide range of outputs, while also contributing to brand development, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and working within established systems that enable scale.


The right candidate is a strong designer with a sharp eye, clear communication skills, and the ability to move efficiently without compromising quality. You understand how to balance creativity with structure, and you are comfortable working across multiple projects, timelines, and levels of complexity.


Responsibilities

  1. Design and produce high-quality marketing and branding assets across digital and print, including social, email, presentations, brochures, signage, and event materials
  2. Support agents, listings, and new developments with full lifecycle marketing, from concept and branding through execution and ongoing campaigns
  3. Lead and contribute to new development projects, including pitch materials, brand identity, website design, and launch assets
  4. Develop brand identities and contribute to brand positioning for agents and Signature listings
  5. Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, particularly on new development initiatives
  7. Execute within established templates, frameworks, and service tiers while maintaining a high standard of design quality and consistency
  8. Build, maintain, and evolve the corporate template library
  9. Support or participate in internal workshops and presentations on branding, marketing, and design
  10. Manage priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines with minimal revisions
  11. Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and expand creative output

Qualifications

  1. 4–5 years of experience in graphic design with a marketing/branding focus
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi-channel execution
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  4. Experience designing for both digital and print environments
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
  6. Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution
  7. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  8. Comfortable giving and receiving clear, constructive feedback
  9. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows
  10. Nice to have:
  11. Motion or animation experience (After Effects)
  12. UI/UX or web design experience (Figma, Adobe XD, Squarespace)
  13. Experience with email marketing platforms and project management tools


Skills
