The Grants Coordinator supports the College's academic, research, and workforce development priorities by managing assigned, government-sponsored grants from pre-award development through post-award administration and close-out. The position also serves as the College's Perkins Liaison and Principal Investigator for the New York State Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education (CTE) Grant and provides post-award oversight for other administratively complex awards requiring detailed compliance monitoring and reporting. Working collaboratively with academic and administrative stakeholders in a service-focused office, the Grants Coordinator ensures grant funds are strategically deployed in alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.

Salary
Salary: $76,915.17 per year
The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Salary: $76,915.17 per year with step increments per Salary Schedule 93, after one year of service and annually thereafter.
Work Schedule
Days/Hours: M-F, 9:30am-5:30pm, in person; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.

The working conditions for this position will be primarily in an office space.
