Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $34-$39/hour

Location: REMOTE

Duties:

• Ensure adherence to payment terms outlined in clinical trial agreements with Sponsors/CROs.
• Harness advanced systems and data analytics to monitor and record the progress of clinical trial activities comprehensively, including visits, procedures, and invoiceable items.
• Conduct meticulous reconciliations between contractual obligations and received payments to validate outstanding balances accurately.
• Track Sponsor/CRO transactions, aligning their budget allocations with system-generated invoices and reconciling their trackers with accounts receivable aging reports.
• Proactively engage with Sponsors/CROs to address and resolve any outstanding balances promptly, fostering collaborative and transparent financial partnerships.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working in Pharma, CRO or sites in collections
• Bachelors degree
• Experience with: past collections, industry sponsor trials, grant payments, CTA's (clinical trial agreements)
• Experience with clinical trial tracking and invoicing systems (Excel, CRIO, Quickbooks, etc.)
