We are seeking a Senior Web3 + Gaming Engineer who brings sharp thinking, clear communication, and a strong ownership mindset. The ideal candidate has shipped Web3 game systems or digital economies and is excited to embed long term with a small, highly collaborative team rather than operate in a contract based model. You will play a central role in architecting blockchain systems, integrating them into live game environments, and driving product direction as a hybrid builder rather than a task executor.

Role Overview

You will operate as a senior engineer who can design and ship real systems from concept to production. This role requires someone who understands both game and on chain architecture at a deep level, has shipped blockchain supported game or economy features, and thrives in a high ownership environment. You will bridge smart contracts, backend systems, and game technology while helping define long term product and technical strategy. This is a full time, ongoing role inside a small team that values embedded, hands on builders.

What You Will Do

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Solidity smart contracts with secure and upgradeable patterns

• Manage pipelines from testnet to mainnet including audits, versioning, and deployment hygiene

• Integrate on chain logic with backend services using TypeScript and NestJS

• Build and refine systems such as

• Digital asset and NFT provenance

• Reputation and scoring mechanics

• In game currencies and digital economy features

• Create internal tools and indexers to monitor events and support gameplay logic

• Collaborate closely with game engineering teams to bring blockchain features into live, interactive worlds

• Communicate clearly across teams, contribute to product decision making, and shape feature direction in a hybrid builder capacity

• Take full ownership over the architecture and execution of complex features in an embedded, long term team environment

What You Bring

• Deep experience with Solidity, EVM fundamentals, and production grade smart contract deployments

• Proven track record shipping Web3 game features or digital economy systems

• Strong backend engineering skills with TypeScript and frameworks such as NestJS

• Experience delivering systems end to end, from design to production

• Strong understanding of ERC 721 and ERC 1155 standards, indexing, and access control patterns

• Broad familiarity with game or interactive system architecture

• Ability to operate across smart contracts, backend systems, and product problem spaces

• Clear, concise communication and comfort collaborating with a small, senior team

• A true ownership mindset with interest in a full time embedded role rather than short term contracting

• Experience in gaming, digital worlds, or economy design is strongly preferred

Bonus Experience

• Experience with The Graph or custom indexers

• Familiarity with contract auditing

• Background in multiplayer or competitive game systems

• Startup or small team environment experience

• Exposure to real time rendering tools or game engines
