As they move into a major new phase of product expansion, they’re looking to bring on three strong full‑stack engineers who want to build real products with real impact.

These roles offer total compensation of $200k+, reflecting the level of ownership and influence they expect these engineers to have.

As a full‑stack engineer, you’ll work across the systems that power their platform end‑to‑end.

On the backend, Python sits at the core of their services. You’ll help build and evolve the logic, APIs, and data flows that keep the platform running smoothly as it grows more complex.

On the frontend, you’ll work with TypeScript and React to create clean, intuitive interfaces that make complicated workflows feel simple for clinicians and operations teams. The goal is to make the product feel fast, reliable, and easy to use.

A growing part of their product surface also includes Chrome extensions, giving users quick access to key features directly inside their existing tools. Experience building secure, efficient browser extensions or the willingness to pick it up quickly is a big plus.

You’ll ship features across the full stack, from backend logic to polished UI to browser‑based tooling. You’ll have room to influence architecture, technical decisions, and how the product evolves.
