As they enter an ambitious new phase of product expansion, they’re looking to hire two to three exceptional full‑stack engineers who want to work at the intersection of technical excellence and meaningful real‑world impact.

These roles offer total compensation packages of $200k+, reflecting the calibre and influence of the engineers they want onboard.

As a full‑stack engineer, you’ll work across the systems that power their platform end‑to‑end.

On the backend, Python drives their core services as the platform scales and becomes increasingly complex.

On the frontend, you’ll help craft elegant, intuitive user interfaces using TypeScript and React, ensuring complex data and workflows surface in ways that feel clean, fast and intuitive for clinicians and operational teams.

A growing part of their product ecosystem also involves building high‑performance Chrome extensions, enabling users to access critical functionality directly within their existing workflows. Experience developing secure, performant browser extensions or the desire to quickly learn will be a strong advantage.

You’ll ship features across the entire lifecycle from deep backend logic to polished UI and browser‑based tooling with autonomy to influence system design, architecture, and technical direction. Your work will help shape resilient services, smooth data flows, and user experiences that directly improve patient outcomes.
