Job Description:

Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by helping healthcare organizations reduce costs and operate more efficiently. We deliver value through innovative cost-management solutions, detailed transaction analysis, and enhanced visibility into operational processes. By partnering with our clients, we help them better understand and manage their cost cycles—enabling them to control expenses, mitigate risk, and redirect resources toward patient care.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and growth of a cloud-based SaaS platform focused on pharmacy procurement and analytics. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building high-quality software products that create meaningful value for customers through intuitive user experiences and reliable, scalable systems.

As part of a collaborative product team, you will work across the full technology stack—contributing to front-end interfaces, back-end services, cloud infrastructure, and supporting systems. You will also help influence the technical direction of the platform while delivering new features that support customer success.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications within a cloud-native SaaS environment
  2. Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
  3. Integrate external systems and APIs to support internal workflows and customer integrations
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with appropriate documentation
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  6. Partner with IT and infrastructure teams to manage and monitor the cloud environment
  7. Design, optimize, and maintain data models and databases to ensure performance and reliability
  8. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support efficient and reliable deployments
  9. Monitor applications in production and troubleshoot issues across the full stack when needed
  10. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in SaaS development

Desired Education and Experience

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role within a SaaS environment
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  3. Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or pharmacy is preferred
  4. Strong back-end development experience using modern frameworks such as Django, .NET, Spring, or similar technologies
  5. Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks including React, Vue, or Angular
  6. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and connecting with external services
  7. Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including core services related to compute, storage, networking, and databases
  8. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
  9. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes is preferred
  10. Understanding of security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection
  11. Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
  12. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
