Cooper Technology is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build software for real-world industrial operations. We develop systems that support process-driven environments such as batching, material handling, automation, and other industrial workflows. In this role, you’ll work primarily with Laravel and Angular to build applications, APIs, and workflows that connect software to real operational needs.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, solving practical problems, and working effectively in a small team. This is not a highly siloed environment, so the right person should be able to move projects forward with limited hand-holding and help turn rough requirements into working software.

We also value someone who is comfortable using AI tools in their daily workflow for coding, debugging, research, and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laravel / PHP

• Experience with Angular or another modern frontend framework

• Strong API design and database skills

• Comfortable working across backend and frontend

• Self-directed, practical problem solver

• Able to work effectively in a small team with high ownership

• Comfortable incorporating AI tools into day-to-day work

Preferred

• Experience building internal business systems, operational software, or workflow-driven applications

• Experience working on production systems used in real-world operations

• Familiarity with industrial, logistics, manufacturing, agricultural, or process-oriented environments is a plus
