TSV is partnering with a late‑stage Healthcare Technology startup in the PBM space to hire a hands on Full Stack Engineer who thrives in fast‑moving, product‑focused environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:

1. Feature development, troubleshooting, and debugging
2. Database optimization and writing efficient stored procedures
3. Cache management and performance tuning
4. Kendo UI, JavaScript, TypeScript
5. Azure Cloud

A background in Healthcare Tech or PBM is strongly preferred.

In this role, you’ll diagnose complex issues across the stack, optimize database performance, manage caching strategies, and contribute to building a scalable, high‑performing application.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, database optimization, and cache management.
2. Expertise in Kendo UI, JavaScript, Azure Cloud, SQL, and stored procedures.
3. Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for problem-solving at the database layer.
4. Experience in Healthcare Tech or PBM domain.
5. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth startup setting.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
