Fidelity Investments is looking for top full stack engineering talent that can, via skilled development, deliver enterprise scale associate facing solutions. This role will play a key part in developing Fidelity’s next generation of workflow planning solutions.

This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions division at Fidelity Investments, you will join a Scrum team of 6-9 highly talented individuals. This team is tasked with re-imagining the next generation of Fidelity’s workflow suite of tools, with a strong focus on the UI. You will be challenged to create a cutting-edge front-end experience that ensures symmetry across a suite of related products.

The Expertise You Have

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in developing web applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
3. State Management: Proficiency with NgRx or other state management libraries.
4. CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Jenkins and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
5. Monorepo – one Git repo where all the code is stored together for code reuse
6. For example, we have a monorepo with UI common components, doc upload, etc.
7. NX is an open-source generic build system which provides tools and techniques for enhancing developer productivity, optimizing CI performance, and maintaining code quality.
8. Backend Development: Proficient in backend development using NestJs.
9. Cloud Computing: At least 1 year of experience with AWS and familiarity with cloud-based development methodologies and best practices.
10. Serverless Computing: Experience with serverless architectures and EKS-based applications.
11. Containerization: Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration.
12. Databases: Understanding of cloud databases, including DynamoDB and RDS, is a plus.
