We are recruiting for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Our client’s AI-powered platform delivers dynamic learning experiences through avatars, intelligent workflows, and next-gen personalization. The company is scaling fast and needs exceptional talent to help lead the way in the space. This is your chance to join a high-impact team and shape a platform that transforms enterprise learning and how people consume information.


Location: Fully Remote (Pacific or Central Time Zone preferred) with quarterly team meetups.


Compensation: $130,000-135,000 + 10% target bonus and possibility for equity.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of secure, scalable APIs and microservices, robust front ends that support intelligent content delivery, and build integrations that connect with customer platforms and endpoints.
  2. Build and scale the company’s creator-centric platform for video, interactive AI agents, and multi-step learning experiences.
  3. Deliver clean, high-performance Next.js (React) and Python/Django code with a focus on usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
  4. Design data pipelines for AI-driven workflows and interface with technologies for real-time collaboration (liveblocks, CMS).
  5. Architect secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
  6. Develop tools for creators and builders, including editor components, real-time collaboration, timeline interactions, multimodal content generation, and AI-assisted creation workflows.
  7. Collaborate with a growing in-house team (CTO, Director of Platform Engineering, AI Engineer) and offshore developers to coordinate workstreams and ensure consistent quality across time zones.
  8. Serve as a mentor to the in-house team as the team expands.


Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years full stack development, building scalable, production-grade applications.
  2. Expertise in Python, Django, and JavaScript, as well as Next.js (React).
  3. Deep understanding of the SDLC, including version control, code review processes, etc.
  4. Experience developing for event streaming/processing in AWS or other microservices, as well as learning management system (LMS) integrations.
  5. Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Figma) and light interaction design is a plus!
  6. Database design (SQL) and familiarity with data privacy
  7. Self-sufficient, curious, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  8. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
