Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

📍 Location - (Remote – US)

💰 Compensation - $165,000 – $200,000 + Competitive Equity

👥 Hiring 3–4 Engineers

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of critical product features that directly impact our customers and revenue. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver seamless, high-impact user experiences while building scalable systems that power real-time, high-volume workflows.

This is a highly influential role where engineering, product, and design are valued equally—and your technical input will directly shape the roadmap.

Our current stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.

What You’ll Do

1. Own core product features from initial discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and iteration
2. Design and build scalable, distributed systems (roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend) that support real-time, high-volume workflows
3. Examples include routing calls via an event-driven SIP softswitch and processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ship intuitive, performant experiences
5. Act as a role model for engineering excellence by mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
6. Help define and uphold coding standards and architectural principles to ensure a clean, maintainable, and scalable codebase
7. Contribute meaningfully to both technical and product decisions, with real ownership and accountability

What We’re Looking For

1. Senior-level experience building and owning production systems in a full stack environment
2. Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Ruby, distributed systems, APIs, databases)
3. Solid frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
4. Experience designing systems that handle real-time, high-throughput workflows
5. Comfort working in a fast-growing, product-driven environment with high ownership
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills—you enjoy working across disciplines
7. Passion for mentoring, code quality, and long-term system design
