About the Opportunity:

Our client, a forward-thinking Information Technology company, is looking for an Associate Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance their web applications. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to exciting projects that have a real impact on users.

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and stakeholders to design and implement new features. You will also assist in debugging and resolving issues within existing applications. Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000/year

Location: Remote (New York, New York)

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development of web applications and features
2. Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces
3. Test and debug applications to ensure quality and performance
4. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
5. Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment
6. Document development processes and application functionality
7. Learn and implement new programming languages and technologies
8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 2 years of experience in full stack development
3. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and popular frameworks
4. Basic understanding of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP)
5. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
8. Good communication skills and a team player mentality
