2. About the Opportunity:

The Full Stack Engineer role involves leveraging deep technical expertise to plan and deliver end-to-end functionality while adopting an AI-first development approach. This position contributes to the architectural vision of the platform and enhances team capabilities through mentoring and collaboration. The role is key to improving software quality, accelerating development, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications meeting security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards

• Own technical design for complex features, influencing architectural direction

• Translate business and UX requirements into structured technical solutions with accurate estimates

• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, quality, and automation

• Identify and mitigate technical risks early

• Lead root cause analysis and implement durable fixes for production issues

• Collaborate cross-functionally on architecture, integrations, and delivery timelines

• Promote reusable components, shared libraries, and best engineering practices

• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to improve team performance

• Continuously enhance system design, automation, and developer experience

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience building full-stack applications with Java, JavaScript, and React

• Strong skills in designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)

• Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, including SQL writing

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and Git workflows

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or Redis Streams

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $100,000 - $120,000 Annual Salary

• Annual cash bonus and equity options based on role level and experience
