Role: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $150k - $200k (DOE)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
2. Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
3. Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
4. Deploy and manage applications in AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
5. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
6. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
7. Participate in architecture decisions and help shape engineering best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong proficiency with React for frontend development.
3. Hands-on experience working with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
4. Solid backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or similar).
5. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
6. Strong understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
7. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

1. Experience working in a financial services or SaaS startup environment.
2. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
3. Exposure to security and compliance considerations within financial applications.
4. Passion for building scalable, user-focused products.
