Job Description:

Tuesday Health launched in 2023 to deliver compassionate, supportive care for patients and caregivers navigating serious illness. We believe that each patient's journey is unique. As such, we deliver member-directed, whole-person care to seriously ill patients in our program, using leading edge supportive care models, including appropriate transitions to hospice when the time is right. This results in dramatically improved quality of life for members and their caregivers, and a meaningful reduction in unproductive medical spending. Our overall mission is to transform serious illness and end of life care; our team believes deeply in this mission and puts our members first in all that we do.

About the Role:

Tuesday Health is looking for a growth minded .NET developer to build secure, scalable, web and mobile experiences across our Azure-based platform. You’ll contribute to Blazor front ends, Minimal API back ends, and a MAUI mobile app, with modern DevOps, testing, and observability practices.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Delivery

  1. Build Blazor WASM components with clean, reusable patterns and accessibility in mind
  2. Implement Minimal API endpoints in .NET with OpenAPI, validation, and performance in focus
  3. Contribute to our MAUI mobile app, including shared component libraries
  4. Work with EF Core and SQL (Postgres); define/maintain database relationships and manage code-first EF Core migrations
  5. Support real time UI behavior using SignalR where needed

Identity, security, and data

  1. Integrate authentication/authorization via Microsoft Entra ID (OIDC/OAuth2, MSAL, roles/scopes)

DevOps and quality

  1. Ship via Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, environments), following branch policies and PR reviews
  2. Improve code quality through SonarCloud rules aligned with our standards
  3. Generate and consume API clients from OpenAPI/Swagger for typesafe integration

Observability and reliability

  1. Instrument services with distributed tracing and logging using Azure Application Insights
  2. Help monitor service health, failure rates, and performance; participate in alert triage for staging/production

Product collaboration

  1. Work in three-week sprints with Product to refine user stories and acceptance criteria

Required Competencies:

  1. 1–4 years of professional experience with C#/.NET (preferably .NET 6–9)
  2. Experience with modern web UI (Blazor preferred; React/Angular acceptable with willingness to learn Blazor)
  3. Experience building RESTful APIs (controllers or Minimal APIs), including validation and OpenAPI
  4. Working knowledge of Azure (App Service/Functions, Azure SQL/Storage) and Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards)
  5. Fundamentals in authentication/authorization (OIDC/OAuth2); familiarity with Entra ID is a plus
  6. EF Core, LINQ, and SQL proficiency
  7. Testing mindset: unit/integration tests; basic UI testing knowledge
  8. Git fluency, PR-based collaboration, and clear written/verbal communication

Preferred Competencies

  1. MAUI mobile app development (or Xamarin.Forms) and shared component libraries
  2. OpenAPI client generation and SDK usage patterns
  3. Real-time apps with SignalR
  4. Test containers and Docker for integration testing
  5. Performance tuning, profiling, and caching strategies
  6. Observability experience (App Insights, KQL dashboards, tracing)
  7. Accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser/device testing
  8. Experience with complex domain features (form builders, schedulers, time zone conversions)

How we work

  1. Process: Agile in 3week sprints; daily standups, code reviews, pair/mob programming when helpful
  2. Planning: Azure DevOps; collaborative refinement and clear acceptance criteria
  3. Environments: Staging and Production with pipeline-managed releases and approvals
  4. Quality: SonarCloud scanning, coding standards/style guides, and strong PR discipline
  5. Collaboration: Close partnership with QA, Product, and Clinical Operations

What We Offer

  1. Competitive compensation, reflecting our commitment to attracting, retaining, and motivating the best talent in the industry
  2. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, employer 401(K) match, etc.
  3. Remote work with multiple onsite sessions each year to maximize collaboration and team building
  4. A dynamic and inclusive team environment where you can lean on your teammates, offer candid feedback, bring your true self to work each day, and deliver tremendous impact while having fun along the way
  5. Meaningful work each day; we care deeply about our mission, our patients, and each other

If you are passionate about improving the quality of care for seriously ill individuals and their caregivers through innovative solutions, we would love to hear from you.
