THE ROLE

As their second engineering hire, you won’t just write code; you’ll shape the product, the platform, and the company's future. You’ll work across the stack to build scalable, elegant solutions that directly impact clinicians and the families they serve.

1. Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver engineering priorities
2. Build and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS
3. Design and optimize scalable databases with TypeORM
4. Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow
5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
6. Contribute to architecture decisions and product strategy
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Note: this role is fullstack with a frontend focus.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. 5+ years of software development experience
2. React and Node.js expertise.
3. Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development practices
4. Experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and Tailwind CSS
5. API integration experience
6. A self-starter mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
8. Familiarity with Webflow, AWS, or DevOps
9. Exposure to testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
