Title of Role: Full Stack Engineer (AI Focus)

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 (based on experience)

You will:

  1. Contribute to a full rewrite of the core application, working closely with product and matchmaking teams.
  2. Design, develop, and deploy new features across the stack — from modern, responsive frontends to robust, scalable backends.
  3. Integrate AI-driven capabilities that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and matchmakers to deliver impactful solutions quickly.
  5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern engineering best practices.
  6. Contribute to a supportive, feedback-driven, and transparent engineering culture.


Ideal Background

  1. 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
  2. 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with strong understanding of modern web architecture.
  3. 1+ year of experience building or integrating AI-powered features (e.g., LLMs, recommendations, personalization, or generative AI).
  4. Strong proficiency across the stack:
  5. Frontend: Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC
  6. Backend: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL
  7. Cloud: AWS or GCP
  8. Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a bias toward ownership and delivering business value.


Preferred

  1. Prior experience with consumer or marketplace products.
  2. Experience scaling products that combine AI with human services or matching systems.
  3. Excitement for building products that make a tangible impact on people’s lives.


Compensation and Benefits and Other Things

  1. Salary:
  2. Mid-Level: $150,000 – $180,000
  3. Senior: $180,000 – $220,000
