Today, originating a home loan is slow, unstable, and incredibly expensive, costing lenders over $11,000 per loan. We’re changing that by building the next generation of AI-native infrastructure to fully automate the process.

We’ve already powered over $85B in home loans, and we’re looking for Senior Software Engineers who want to ship code to production on day one.

What we’re looking for:

1. The "Builder" Mindset: You don't just ship features; you architect systems and set engineering standards.
2. Tech Stack: Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and AWS.
3. Experience: Ideally 5+ years, but we value talent over tenure. (New grads/early-career must have a "founder" track record or exceptional GitHub).
4. Impact: You’ll lead mission-critical projects like building multi-step AI agents and scaling job-processing infrastructure.
