Desired Skills:

Full Stack – Must Have

1. Solid working experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)
2. Experience with one backend stack (Node, Python, Java, etc.)
3. Database experience (RDS, NoSQL)

Solution Architecture – Must Have

1. Experience solutioning enterprise-scale or global products.

Cloud – Must Have

1. AWS or Azure experience architecting scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud applications.
2. Strong understanding of leveraging cloud technologies for different use cases.

GenAI – Must Have

1. Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI solutions such as:
2. LLMs
3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
4. AI agents
5. Prompt engineering
6. Applied in real-world projects.

Nice to Have Skills

Data Science (AI/ML) – Preferred

1. Foundational machine learning or statistical knowledge.
2. Hands-on experience building or deploying ML models.

Palantir Foundry – Nice to Have

1. Basic familiarity with Palantir Foundry including exposure to:
2. Pipelines
3. Ontologies
4. AIP Logic

6. Custom widget development
