About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Full Stack AI Team Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered products and platforms.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and personalized user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive innovation and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions.
2. Architect and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search systems.
3. Design and integrate LLM workflows, AI agents, and external APIs/tools.
4. Develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
5. Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and Next.js.
6. Implement memory, context management, and personalization systems for AI applications.
7. Manage cloud infrastructure, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
8. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
9. Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable solutions.
10. Ensure code quality, system reliability, and best engineering practices across projects.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
3. Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST API development.
4. Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
5. Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
6. Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
7. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, or NoSQL databases.
8. Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading AI engineering teams or technical projects.
2. Experience building and deploying AI products in production environments.
3. Familiarity with agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
4. Experience with MLOps and AI observability tools.
