Caddi is a seed-stage startup reimagining automation for professionals by transforming simple screen recordings into fully automated workflows.

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our core user experience, frontend architecture, and future multi-platform desktop applications, working closely with founders, designers, and backend engineers.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and enhance Caddi’s core web application, translating complex workflows into intuitive and responsive experiences.
2. Help define and implement frontend architecture, laying foundations for future multi-platform desktop applications (Windows/macOS).
3. Build and maintain reusable UI components, and actively evolve our design system for scalability and consistency.
4. Closely collaborate with founders, product, design, and backend engineering to optimize product performance and usability.
5. Proactively contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions from an engineering perspective.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of professional experience building user-centric web applications, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
2. Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
3. Expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React) and a strong understanding of UI design principles.
4. Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely within cross-functional teams, especially in startup settings.
5. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid iteration, and balancing speed with quality.
