The Role

As our front-end developer, you'll be at the intersection of creative design and technical implementation, working collaboratively with our Production and Marketing teams to deliver engaging digital assets that drive results.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in HTML/CSS
2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign)
3. Strong eye for design and attention to detail
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

1. Financial industry or newsletter publishing experience
2. PHP and JavaScript knowledge
3. Problem-solving mindset with creative solutions

What You'll Do

1. Create and enhance visual assets including logos, banners, and advertisements
2. Design and code responsive emails and high-converting landing pages
3. Maintain and update company websites and digital properties
4. Develop prototypes and mock-ups for new digital initiatives
5. Conduct usability and quality testing on designs
6. Collaborate on various production tasks to support business objectives
