Frontend Flutter Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Overview:

We're a fast-paced startup building a cross-platform mobile app. We're seeking an experienced Flutter developer to lead frontend implementation for our MVP, with potential for long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and ship high-quality, responsive UI/UX using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to enable core app functionalities.
• Collaborate on rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration based on provided design specs.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
• Deliver a polished MVP within a tight timeline (target: 4 weeks).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven track record of building and deploying mobile apps from scratch.
• Strong understanding of state management, animations, and custom widgets.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

Compensation:

Competitive cash + equity package, commensurate with experience. Opportunity for full-time position upon successful MVP launch.
