Frontend Flutter Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Overview:

We're a fast-paced startup building a cross-platform mobile app. We're seeking an experienced Flutter developer to lead frontend implementation for our MVP, with potential for long-term role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and ship high-quality, responsive UI/UX using Flutter for iOS and Android.
2. Integrate with backend services and APIs to enable core app functionalities.
3. Collaborate on rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration based on provided design specs.
4. Ensure performance, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.
5. Deliver a polished MVP within a tight timeline (target: 4 weeks).

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart.
2. Proven track record of building and deploying mobile apps from scratch.
3. Strong understanding of state management, animations, and custom widgets.
4. Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.

Compensation:

Competitive cash + equity package, commensurate with experience. Opportunity for full-time position upon successful MVP launch.
