One of the country's largest fashion retailers is looking for a Frontend Developer to join their team 100% Remotely and help build modern, user-friendly web and site interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), experience using UI frameworks like Bootstrap and Material-UI, and strong communication abilities to interface with designers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the organization.

This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate with designers and engineers to create engaging, intuitive user experiences while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards. The position starts as a 6 month, W2 contract offering an PST schedule competitive benefits and the possibility to extend or convert to permanent employment!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Implement designs with UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material-UI) while ensuring consistency and scalability
3. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate UX/UI requirements into clean, functional code
4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
5. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize front-end performance
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and UX design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, Material-UI, or similar frameworks
3. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
4. Knowledge of UX principles and interaction design best practices
5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
6. Experience with Figma is preferred!
