A fast-growing capital markets technology company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focus) to help build real-time systems powering financial search, streaming analytics, and transactional workflows. You’ll work on production-grade, client-facing products alongside a sharp engineering team.

Location: Flexible/Remote – US/Eastern time zone THINKalpha Frontend Focus

What You’ll Do

1. Build and maintain high-performance web GUIs and APIs
2. Develop features using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript
3. Ship scalable, cloud-based real-time systems
4. Own work end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy
5. Solve debugging, performance, and reliability challenges

What You Bring

1. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux
2. Experience with WebSockets / real-time data transport
3. Track record shipping production products to active users
4. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
5. Full Stack experience and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

1. Fintech/markets knowledge (trading, data visualization)
2. Experience building systems for high-concurrency users
3. BS/MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
