Overview:

You will be expected to be fluent in HTML and CSS with good working knowledge and experience with jQuery/JS/PHP, practicing relevant coding practices. Knowledge of Elementor and visual builders, WordPress theme/plugin development, and experience coding HTML emails is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to implement website features and ensure a seamless user experience
2. Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
3. Perform thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices
4. Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall user experience
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or after deployment
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and WordPress updates

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years experience
2. Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems
3. A portfolio showcasing your WordPress/website development work is required
4. Experience with Elementor and other visual builders
5. Ability to cleanly code and customize HTML, CSS, jQuery/JS, and PHP
6. Responsive design and coding
7. Detailed understanding of cross-browser support issues
8. Knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator)
9. Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Figma
10. Ability to optimize and prepare assets for web
11. Ability to translate approved designs into coded templates and pages
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker
14. Desire and ability to learn processes and protocols of the agency
15. Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in a related major or relevant job experience
16. Works well in a team environment (you have to be cool)

1. Creative eye for design
2. Experience coding and cross-testing HTML emails
3. Experience with GTM tags, triggers, and variables and Google Analytics maintenance
4. Understanding of SEO best practices and tools
