The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and building scalable, performant applications.

You’ll play a key role in evolving the Tiger Pistol platform—designing and implementing interfaces that help brands and partners easily manage and scale their social advertising campaigns.

You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant front-end experiences.

We’re also looking for someone curious about the next wave of engineering innovation, including AI-assisted development and AI-enhanced user experiences—someone eager to leverage new tools and techniques to improve both code quality and productivity.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced engineering team, with all members having at least 14 years of experience delivering software in a wide range of backgrounds, from startups to global SaaS and adtech platforms. You’ll work alongside seasoned peers who value collaboration, mentorship, and innovation as we enter the next chapter of Tiger Pistol’s growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the design and development of front-end features using React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Back-End teams to deliver end-to-end features.
3. Implement component-based architecture and scalable state management patterns.
4. Champion performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
5. Contribute to our design system and help evolve our front-end architecture.
6. Explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to accelerate delivery and quality.
7. Partner with product and data teams to prototype AI-powered user features, such as smart content suggestions or workflow automation.
8. Mentor mid-level engineers and share best practices for scalable, maintainable React development.

Tech Stack

1. Core: React, TypeScript, Redux or Recoil, CSS-in-JS
2. Tooling: Vite, Webpack, Storybook, Jest, Testing Library
3. Back-End Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, C# services
4. Infrastructure: Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
5. Bonus: Familiarity with AI SDKs or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)

About You

1. 8+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack web application development.
2. Expert in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
3. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
4. Experience collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams.
5. Excited by the potential of AI in software development and product design—whether that means using AI tools in your workflow or helping shape AI-powered features.
6. Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and a focus on team outcomes over individual output.
