ECS is seeking a Front-End Developer to work remotely. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

ECS is currently seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our highly functioning and dynamic team supporting a government client. This innovative project is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge semantic web and knowledge graph technologies, setting a new standard in the industry for data governance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech stack.
2. Demonstrate expertise in React UI development and implement responsive / reusable user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
3. Experience with unit testing and end to end testing is required.
4. Leverage your Python skills to support development of visualizing large data sets.
5. Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues related to large datasets in the UI, ensuring smooth and engaging user interaction.
6. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, and address concerns.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of professional experience
2. Experience in the following: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
3. A bachelor's degree
4. Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a focus on microservices, React UI development, and large data handling.
5. Ability to obtain government security clearance.
6. Experience developing Python scripting.
7. Experience developing Rest APIs.
8. Ability to operate under minimum supervision where appropriate and understand when to escalate issues to leadership.
9. All around excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
