Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Kathy Jones Aesthetics located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing patient records, and providing assistance to patients and the medical staff.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is a plus
