Our full-service digital marketing agency is looking for experienced copyeditors to support our internal team.

We’re looking for someone to work closely with our team and to grow along with our quickly expanding agency (and who enjoys a healthy debate around the use of the oxford comma!).

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a passion for content, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and on-brand.

You’ll go through a full training with our content manager and have access to style guides, checklists and detailed client messaging elements to help support your success. Whatever support you need to be successful, we'll make sure you have it, along with plenty of advance notice for deadlines. We believe in - and put policies into place to support - work/life balance.

In this role, our copyeditors:

- Review of content for tonality, client preferences and accuracy/messaging

- Make sure content meets project briefs and client objectives

- Do some light proofreading (we do have a proofreader who reviews each piece one finalized, but we aim to get it to them already cleaned up to help minimize errors)

- Review content for adherence to internal best practices, including SEO optimization as needed, formatting, linking structure, and more

- Review content for industry-specific (legal, healthcare, etc.) compliance accuracy (we will provide training on these requirements)

- Communicates clearly and consistently with internal team on issues surrounding content quality, project status, and other concerns as required
