About the Role


PRNEWS.IO is a B2B AdTech company, serving clients worldwide. We develop two B2B products: PRNEWS.IO, a platform that has been on the market for 20 years, and Medialister, a platform we’re currently launching on the US market. Our objectives are to strengthen our content marketing strategy for PRNEWS.IO and to develop a thought leadership content strategy for Medialister.


Therefore, we’re looking for freelance content writers, experienced in creating expert content for B2B companies.



Location: Fully remote freelance position in EU




What You’ll Do


  1. Producing the necessary amount of content for media, our blog, and social media channels, respecting the deadlines.

  2. Ensuring that content matches our quality standards, editorial guidelines, and tone of voice.


Requirements

  1. Strong writing skills in English to create well-structured content that will match the needs of our target audiences and the requirements of the platform where it’s published.
  2. Experience in working with different content types: mainly, client case studies, thought leadership articles, and LinkedIn posts.
  3. Experience in conducting in-depth interviews, as our content should be based on insights from our internal experts or clients.
  4. Taking responsibility for your work: delivering content in time and in accordance with our quality standards. Deadlines must be respected - but there will be space for some flexibility in the first place.
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills to be able to explain your editorial decisions, if necessary.
  6. Experience with any kind of project management software. We use Worksection. If you haven’t used it, no problem. You’ll be fine if you know how to work on a Kanban board.
  7. Using AI as a tool, not as a replacement for yourself. We don’t accept content full of AI-cliches and lacking cause and effect relationships. However, if you use AI to speed up or improve the quality of your work — you’re more than welcome to do it.

Nice to Have:

  1. Writing skills in Russian are a plus.
  2. Being familiar with “Инфостиль” and the ability to apply its principles in your work, in case you write in Russian.
