Qualifications We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience.
2. Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations.
3. Exceptional communication & influencing skills.
4. Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus).
5. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
