Forward Deployed Engineer - (US Remote)

A fast-scaling, well-funded AI company that is transforming how a legacy trillion-dollar industry operates, using intelligent workflows to drive faster, smarter decision-making are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing:

1. Own end-to-end customer implementations, from coding (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to delivery and optimization
2. Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and resolve issues
3. Manage timelines, risks, and improvements while driving automation, documentation, and mentoring junior team members
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on delivery

What we’re looking for:

1. 3+ years’ experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program roles
2. Strong coding or configuration skills (e.g. JavaScript, SQL; Python a plus)
3. Comfortable working in customer-facing environments and translating business needs into technical solutions
4. Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
