Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information on meat injection, and meat injection marinades
- Write clear, concise, and engaging recipes for injecting different types of meat and other food items (Twinkies and watermelon?)
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Follow specific recipe structure and style guidelines
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills:
- Strong writing skills. Proficiency and experience in recipe writing
- Photography skills - preferably food photography experience. (smartphone OK)
- Videography skills (optional, but preferred)
- Excellent online research skills to gather information from reliable sources
- Attention to detail for fact-checking and editing purposes
- Familiarity with word processing software and content management systems

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. This is a mostly remote position that provides flexibility in working hours. Join our ecommerce team to help create an e-cookbook of original recipes for a new product.
